GMA Solutions was founded by Dr. Mark Connolly.  Mark has extensive local and global health economic and reimbursement experience gained while working in Australia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Mark holds postgraduate qualifications in Health Economics from Curtin University in Australia and in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan and completed his doctorate at the University of Groningen on the "Economics of Assisted Reproduction." Mark has performed a range of economic evaluations to support pricing and health technology appraisals and has evaluated the effects of numerous pharmaceutical policy changes. 

Mark's academic interests including health investment modeling and pharmaceutical policy. He also holds a guest research position with the University of Groningen in the Netherlands (http://www.rug.nl/staff/departments/11115). Furthermore, Mark is a task force member for the European Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) exploring the demographic and economic impact of assisted reproductive technology. 

Mark's professional experience includes working for the Victor Change Cardiac Research Institute, Covance Australia, Aventis Pharma, GlaxoSmithKline and most recently establishing the global pricing and market access function for Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland.
