Federico holds a First Class degree in Physics and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. Since graduating he has been applying his quantitative skills to a broad range of problems both as a consultant and as a government official within the British Government. In particular, he has applied economic and econometric tools to health problems ranging from patient choice to assisted reproductive technologies. He has advised decision makers both in the private and public sectors. He has published in peer reviewed journals and regularly presents at international conferences.
